# Callback subscription

To receive callbacks you need to set up the Subscriptions on the brand (Businessoffice > "Merchant brands" > click on the necessary brand > "Subscriptions" > “Create subscription” button).

After that you will get the callbacks for created orders and payouts. You can also specify a URL in the callbackUrl field in the request body. In this case, the callback will be sent to it, not to the URL specified in the "Subscriptions" tab. However, despite this, you still need to have a callback subscription in your Businessoffice account.

To answer the callback, you should reply with status 200 and any short message (for example, success: true). Otherwise, we will send you a callback 4 times (each 20 seconds) or until you send back a response with a 200 status.
